J.Cloud Inc. is a construction materials recycling business founded in 1993. We are family owned and operate our business at our quarry site in the Rancho San Diego area in El Cajon California, we are located on the Hester’s Granite quarry site. We were operating an environmentally friendly “Green business” before “Green” was cool.

J.Cloud Inc was instrumental in having recycled rock accepted for use as construction grade pipe bedding aggregate throughout San Diego County thus helping to keep usable recycled products out of local landfills. Our recycled sand(s) 30-50 are a great product for both under-slab flat work and back fill with fantastic compaction characteristics and workability. Our recycled base is known for being the “cleanest” in the County. We also produce “green” erosion control gravel bags with our washed recycled rock.

J.Cloud Inc is not only a recycler but we are a Class “A” General Contractor able to do grading, demolition, erosion control and various other construction activities.

As mentioned we are a local family owned business with history in El Cajon since 1942. The Cloud family is very proud of our East County heritage and we are currently raising the 4th generation of East County citizens. Our “home base” is the Hester’s Granite Quarry that has been in the family since 1978 when Mr. Joel Cloud and his business partner purchased the quarry from the Hester family.
